With Google Docs, users can create, import, edit, and update documents in various fonts and file formats.  Work can be published as a Web page or you can print it out.  Users can control who sees their word and participants can make changes to the documents.
            In Google Docs users must have a Google account, it is free and easy to sign up.  There are several ways to access Google Docs.  You can download the app on your phone, navigate to Google Drive and select Docs within the My Drive menu at the top, or navigate directly to Google Docs.
            Users can share their documents with other people by inviting them using their email address.  People you share with can either edit, view, or comment on a document depending on what permissions the user grants them. With Google Docs, you can watch in real time as other people make changes to a document.  By clicking the Comments button you or anyone else who is in the document can start a discussion about your project. Users can also share the document by using the Get shareable link.   Overall, Google Docs is a great tool for teachers and students to collaborate on documents where they can edit, comment, and view in real time.





Slideshare is a slide hosting website that was attained by LinkedIn in 2012. Slideshare is a great website to use for your classroom. It has thousands of presentations, videos, and PDF files that you can access to enhance learning in your classroom.  You can sign up for free to be a member and you can download presentations.  Members can also upload their presentations and share it with the world or keep it private and save online forever.  The explore page has topics that you can explore such as education, food, environment, law, and technology.  Slideshare also provides presentation courses for instance, Powerpoint Tips, Prezi Next Training, Turning your PowerPoint into a Video, and more.  Slideshare allows users to share their presentations elsewhere.  Since Slideshare is partnered with LinkedIn you can easily upload presentations and also on Twitter and Facebook.  Overall, Slideshare is a tool that can be used to promote any skill within the classroom when teachers use it to present information or use to introduce a certain topic.

Crayola is a great resource for teachers, parents, and students.  Crayola allows access to free coloring pages, DIY crafts, craft kits, and a kids zone.  For teachers, it provides lesson plans and you can shop for Crayola products. The lesson plans page provides thousands of lesson plans for grades K-12. Each lesson plan includes directions, a list of supplies needed, standards, and images.  The lesson plans range from language arts, math, STEM/STEAM, and Social Studies. Crayola also provides educators with Art Techniques.  In this page you can explore techniques using Crayola markers, paints, colored pencils, modeling compounds, and other Crayola products.  Crayola also provides a Professional Development page where educators can sign up for free Creativity for Leaders Workshop.  Lastly, Crayola has Resources & Grants page where educators have the opportunity to receive $2,500 and Crayola products valued at $1000 to help innovate, create, and inspire students and teachers.
